The legal basis for processing your personal information by us is your consent by providing the personal information to us. The processing of your personal information is also based on our legitimate interest to measure and analyse use of the Platform.
Your health data will be obtained and processed by the third-party service providers accessed by you or who may contact you as per your subscription plan on their Platform, who may use such data for verification purposes, for providing you with the healthcare services, to resolve any difficulties in accessing the Services, in monitoring and ensuring adherence to the plans framed for you, to measure and analyse the outcomes from your participation in the programmes etc. Such third-party service providers may also receive or collect information about you in the context of their engagement with you which may for example, include data relating to your health or to you as a patient with the disease or illness and such data may be used by the third-party service provider for or in relation to the provision of the Services.
The third-party service providers process your health data for the purpose of providing the services to you in the form of healthcare and other necessary counselling, advice or administration, such as interaction with your physician within the scope of providing the Services itself, being the legal basis for processing of your health data.
We and the third-party service providers may process your personal information for the purpose of developing and improving the Services and the IT systems used to provide the Services. This is done on the basis of our legitimate interests in continually improving the security and our handling of your personal information, to make the Platform more user-friendly, for example by changing and personalising the user interface in order to simplify the user journey, or to highlight and improve functions which we deem relevant to our users. All other development of our Services takes place using anonymised data.
The personal information received by us or shared by you or obtained from you by our third-party service providers are stored only in India. The User Data may be stored by us at our subcontracted processor, while the health data is stored by our service providers at infrastructure within India. Where necessary, we or the third-party service providers may occasionally transfer your personal information outside India but only to the extent permitted under the appropriate data protection legislation as applicable to us, ensuring your personal information is protected at all times.
We have implemented the appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure your personal information remains protected. These measures have been designed to provide an adequate level of security, maintain confidentiality, and prevent unauthorised access to your personal information.
The measures we implement meet the industry standards and ensure that they protect your personal information in an appropriate manner that is required depending on the nature of the personal information.
We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, to comply with legal or regulatory requirements or until we have received a request from you to delete such information. Your personal information shall be erased or anonymised not later than 5 (five) years from the end of your subscription term, unless you opt to renew the same, except where it is required for us or any of our service providers to save the personal information to fulfil our/their legal obligations or to meet statutory or legal compliance requirements under laws as apply to us/the or where the information is otherwise necessary in order to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

If, on the other hand, what you request due to your rights is manifestly unfounded or excessive, we have the right to charge an administrative fee to provide you with the information or carry out the requested action, or refuse to act on your request.
