Getfast Pharmaceuticals Private Limited will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver your order to the location specified in the Order Confirmation within 30 days of issuance of the Order Confirmation. Getfast Pharmaceuticals Private Limited will not be responsible for any delays in delivery beyond its control. Where delivery is delayed, Getfast Pharmaceuticals Private Limited will notify you as soon as possible. Getfast Pharmaceuticals Private Limited will only be held liable if the delay is significant and is directly and exclusively attributable to a serious and intentional fault on the part of Getfast Pharmaceuticals Private Limited. The purchaser has no right to refuse the products or to demand compensatory compensation for delay in delivery that could not be considered unreasonable.
Items within the 30 days time and in stock (exact same item) are eligible for free replacement. The free replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned. Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:
We warrant the Device against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for 3 months time from the date of original retail purchase. During this warranty period, if a defect arises in the Device, and you follow the instructions for returning the Device, we will at our option, to the extent permitted by law, replace the Device with a new Device that is equivalent to the Device to be replaced, or refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the Device. This limited warranty applies, to the extent permitted by law, to any repair, replacement part or replacement device for the remainder of the original warranty period or for ninety days, whichever period is longer. All replaced parts and Devices for which a refund is given shall become our property. This limited warranty applies only to hardware components of the Device that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire, alteration or damage from any third-party repair, third-party parts, commercial use or other external causes.
